I plan to put a group of CoCo videos on the site for everybody's 
amusement, starting with a few commercials.

It looks like Flash is already working good enough with the sample I 
put on the front page of the site.  If someone can try viewing the 
video over a slower connection than mine, that will help.  I finally 
moved to a 4meg connection (with 512k upload).  I know that Windows 
Media can be encoded to stream even over dial-up, so if needed I 
could convert everything to a reasonable format for all connections.
