The first hard drive I had for the coco was a 10MB Tandon MFM drive; full 
height, and was built like a door stop. I had to be SO careful with that, 
parking and so on, and even then the drive would periodically trash the 
sector allocation table or the root directory It was attached to a Xebec 
SASI to MFM controller card/host interface. Back then I used the SASI 
drivers for OS9. Now I have a Quantum drive on the end of my 4-in-1, running 
SCSISYS, and it runs flawlessly.
