Fellow CoCoNuts,

The CoCo TV DVD (issue 1) is a day away from being complete, with
test burns proving excellent quality and playability. Shipping
should start this Friday.

In issue 1, you'll get answers to a lot of CoCo mysteries by watching
a full-length video of the PennFest 2000 event hosted by Nick
Marentes. This event featured Alan Huffman, Mark Hawkins (one of the
CoCo 3 guys in the Ctrl-Alt-Reset image), Jeremy Spiller, Brother
Jeremy singing Hello Darling!, Kevin Darling himself, Curtis Boyle's
TC-9 seminar!, an exciting CoCo auction where Alan scores a
hard-to-find DigiScan digitizer, a ceremonial CoCo cake cutting, CoCo
trivia, Sockmaster!, and lots more footage content guaranteed to keep
any die-hard CoCo user watching til the end...

Mark Hawkins explains things about the CoCo 3 that some of us never
knew, and you'll learn of the 3 Easter Eggs in the CoCo 3, of which 2
are probably known and 1 that YOU didn't know about?! Learn how Mark
and the gang pulled off what they did to bring us the CoCo 3 and how
Tandy operated back then on the business side, etc. There's LOTS of
video and information in the fest footage well worth watching for.

And, have you ever seen the 20th-Century Fox fanfare sequence at the
start of great movies? What if they had the words CoCo at the top
instead of Fox? Did THEY do that? I've seen it a hundred times and
it's still amazing each time.

This DVD is a true home system compatible menu-driven w/music disc
just like any other movie DVD. CoCo TV was a new idea in the
never-ending quest to keep the CoCo alive, and I think it will make a
great addition to your DVD collection.
