I wrote one many years ago call Fixtxt, or Fixtext. It was uploaded to 
Delphi at the time. Hope you can find it, as I've lost most of my older 
coco stuff.
It used a large buffer, so it was very fast on large files, as opposed 
to the single character at a time filters.
