Unfortunately, I am afraid that what will happen is likely to be  
something similar to what happened with Microware and Apple over OS-9/ 
Mac OS 9.  That is the big company will successfully argue that the  
name is sufficiently different toas to not cause confusion, so there  
is no trademark violation.
