[Coco] CoCo joystk() Routine

Saw at one time a nifty way to implement the underused DEF FN function to
read the joysticks in a simpler way, the defined function would take care of
swiftly reading all four ports and returning to your variable the port you
specified in the FN counterpart...

Need to research my papers to recollect correctly on the function syntax,
perhaps someone else here remembers the specifics.

This, of course, is doing all in Basic.
