Sorry folks, I suppose I should have checked that.  They only have a
limited number of shipping options, mostly 'Next Day' style couriers.

They want C$29 for 'XpressPost COD' when Canada Post (which runs
XpressPost) wants C$15.88   So C$10 for handling charges, reasonable?
