[Coco] Popularizing CoCo 3 in Brazil

I shipped the Internal Circuit Boards of an Arcade Game (Arabian Fight)
to FRANCE via surface and it took four month's - the recipient, even
though I provided tracking info was very irate and acted as though it
were my fault even though he chose surface. In the end, he appologised
and was very pleased with the boards (sega 68k based arcade hardware).
These days, I make sure they understand the ramifications of surface
shipping, but with fuel prices as they are, it is often the only
affordable option. -r
