The keyboard matrix for the B, D, J and L keys should be as follows:

Connector Pins | 11 12 13
---------------|---------------------------
           1 | B C D
           2 | J K L
               |

Or in other words:

B should connect pins 1 and 11.
D should connect pins 1 and 13.
J should connect pins 2 and 11.
L should connect pins 2 and 13.

Hope this helps.
