[Coco] Tandy Hard Disk Controller

This is the question of the hour.  IF, The Tandy "controller" is indeed a
SASI interface, then there are many possibilities.  (For those who have one
anyway.)  I guess I'll just have to risk a CoCo 2, the Tandy "controller", a
MPI and an old SCSI hard drive and see what I can find out.  (And if you'all
hear of a new crater appearing in the Chattanooga area, , , , ;)(I did once
have the Disto interface talking with a 660 Megabyte IBM branded SCSI drive.
It was a bit clunky, but, it did work.)
