The holding temp does not have to be too accurate. I am wanting to 
dispense a concoction that is:
25 lbs of lanolin that goes to liquid at 104
4400 grams of bees wax that goes to liquid at 140
3 lbs of some essencial oils that go to liquid below 32 degrees.

into 1/2 ounce containers and then want it to go solid as quickly as 
possible.
