[Coco] COMM4/COMM16 serial programs

Can someone test the COMM4 and COMM16 programs on a CoCo 2 to see if they 
read the bitbanger port at 9600bps and 38400bps right?

Both programs are reading in what appears to be 2 byte patterns and 
definately not the right characters from a PC sending using HyperTerminal, 
either typing or by ASCII transfer, 8-N-1.

With these programs acting up and the DLOAD command at 1200bps acting up, I 
think maybe this CoCo 2's PIA is flakey.... ?

Change the buffer area of those COMM programs to $400-$600 so you can see 
the received bytes.
