I would imagine that this disk would be RSDOS with a ramtest utility, and 
probably RSDOS ramdisk also.

Does anyone here have the disk that came with the Disto 2MB upgrade?

I have the hardware and the disk, but bit-rot has got to the disk, and
it is
now unreadable. If anyone can make a DSK file of it, I would be
