What OS's can be run? About 200.

The bad part, except for the Host's CPU and Memory all the available 
hardware is Pre-defined and cannot be added to.

Networking and Internet work just fine.

Great for testing software that you do not want to install in your main 
system.

Like remote desktop, Full Screen and it is hard to tell you are just on the 
Guest.
