Alan,

The CoCo Gallery is open for the public.  You register by filling in a few 
form fields and then verify a confirmation e-mail.  That's it.  You can 
upload pictures so easy you'll giggle.

Doesn't matter about GIF or JPG, and it makes the thumbnails 
automatically.  Image sizing is done by the script, so don't worry about 
that, either.  :)
