A stack overflow?  How big is the src file?  And how much free mem, both 
ram and sys do you have on that coco?  coco1-2 L1 or coco3 L2?

People having trouble with vz bouncing email to me should add the word
'online' between the 'verizon', and the dot which bypasses vz's
stupid bounce rules.  I do use spamassassin too. :-)
