[Coco] OS9DSK programme for PC

[Bob Devries]

For a disk with $5A tracks, $40 heads, and $40 sides, there should be $B4 
bytes in the allocation bitmap. LSN0 of the disk shows $B5. I believe that 
format is responsible for calculating this.
Is this a bug?
