[Coco] OS9DSK programme for PC

V102 should have been good enough but there is some problem. I just 
created a new .vhd image and ran format on it. It is set for the default 
$5A tracks, $40 heads, and $40 sectors per track. Wimgtool can't handle 
it even with an .os9 extension. I'll file a bug report with MESS.
