I am wrong here. Normally a command group will start a sub-shell,
execute the commands, then exit.

Also an empty command group will start a sub-shell and leave it
interactive. Some people use this behaivor to push and pop workng
directories.

But a command group that only contains a built in command (like CHD) is
also leaving the shell interactive. This feels like a bug to me, but I
don't plan on fixing it.
