[Coco] "See, click, and get" CoCo gallery?

Hello gang,

Hey, it's raining in Texas today... is a "See, Click, and Get" CoCo
gallery idea too much? I don't think so.

Now that I am programming in PHP/MySQL, I think I can bring the CoCo Store
idea back but in a different way. With a CoCo gallery of photos already in
place and new members getting their own albums, I think I can integrate the
same PayPal system into the gallery.

The overall concept I want to pull off is a Click and Get system. Some
links that go along with each gallery photo will be one or more of the
following: 1) a link to your CoCo web site, 2) PayPal Buy Now button with
inventory control, 3) safe e-mail link to you (not exposing your e-mail
address) When somebody buys your item, it will go directly to you.

What I have in mind is this... you are browsing through the gallery and
you see this fine looking EPROM burner for the CoCo and you *really* want
that sucker... and you notice that there is 1 available for sale along with
a Buy Now button just waiting to be clicked... so you click the button and
you're sitting at the PayPal web site with all the information and a
Confirm button... you click it, and the item is yours. When you are
returned to the site you notice that it there is no Buy button anymore, but
there's an e-mail link to the owner. Ofcourse, he'll get the order within
a minute or two and work on getting the item shipped to you. I'll just do
the inbetween work and let the web site reduce his inventory automatically,
etc.

The idea is to see a person, software, or CoCo item for sale and be able to
click on one of several links to get that item or contact that person or
his web site, etc. The integration with the CoCo gallery to achieve all of
this will take about a month, I'm guessing.

Suggestions?
