[Coco] rs-232 to cat5 convertor

Folks,

Here at my job, I have been asked to evaluate a very small board set.
It's a rs-232/485 to RJ45 convertor.
Runs at 9600 baud, and requires +5vdc (or maybe +3.3vdc).
It's small at about 1.5" wide and maybe 2" long, rj45 connector high.
It comes with docs and seems to be "ATOP" for a name.
