I just started  using Free PCB and Tiny CAD. Free PCB is nice since it is a lot like 
IVEX which I used to use. Since Ivex is no longer in businees, I looked for alow 
cost PCB design software. The main issues I have with Eagle Lite is the limitation 
on board size.
