[Coco] new high density controller

I'm of the opinion that biggest bang for the buck would be interfacing
a USB controller. There is already a proof of concept in Forth for
Atari that will access a USB key drive. There are USB floppy drives
around that look the same as a USB key drive or USB hard drive on the
USB link... that is, they look like a SCSI drive! That means one could
leverage existing coco scsi drivers for NitrOS-9.
