[Coco] high density floppy controller mods

It lives! (I think!)

Finished the mods tonight. I made sure it still worked as a normal 
controller.

Then I put a HD disk in the drive.

in BASIC I did:

poke &hffd9,0

to double the coco speed

poke &hff41,1

to double my hacked controller's speed

dskini0

returned to OK (!)

dir

shows an empty directory!

Now, if someone knows offhand how to poke 36 sectors into the dskini 
routine, I can see if it's actually formatting in HD mode or not.
