[Coco] Atari Joystick adapter

Hello,

I know this to be a fact there is a article in either the Hot Coco or 
The Rainbow to convert the Atari joystick used on my Coco 3 back then I 
had all types hobby board attached to the Coco. I alway found the 
upper/lower case circuit board that made my Coco 2 display true 
lowercase.  Is there a Coco 3 project to do the same thing?

If so can you send the schematics and parts list.
