[Coco] New CoCo game demo: Glove.

Hello all, I have released a 4-level demo of my upcoming CoCo 1/2/3/Dragon 
game Glove.  A minimum of 32K RAM is required.

I'm hoping that the demo generates interest in the game and that people try 
it on as wide a range of real hardware as possible (for debugging purposes).

I'd appreciate feedback on the game itself, as well as reports on how it 
runs on various setups.  (So far, it has been tested on mostly PAL CoCo 2 
and 3 setups).

And if anyone wishes to contribute some levels, that would be nice too.  ;)
