Oh now.  I recognize Mike Kandrac as one of my customers who has purchased 
CoCo products, so I think he's good.

I might also add that spam filters are crazy enough as it is.  I get emails 
that are tagged sometimes as spam even though they are from regular 
senders, so I gave up long ago trying to cure a problem that hasn't even 
begun to get bad YET.  We're only seeing the tip of the iceberg of what is 
to come unless we adapt a better system of e-mail delivery.
