 Forget RatShack.

 I did some research for RGB LCD monitors and found a few.
Most are quite expensive, but there are some that are just under $300.

  On Google, I used "rgb lcd" and found a lot of stuff.. Moving around I 
found a 19 inch monitor for $299.99..
