Okay this sounds stupid I know, but what can I do??
I want to try and learn NitrOS9 Lvl2 on my coco3, but when I boot the darn thing up I can hardly see any of the letters... not to mention the first letter on each line starts just off the edge of the TV screen so I cannot see it...
It really looks slightly fuzzy and the letters are so thin it is like staring at chicken scratch so that I cannot make much of it out at all... in fact if it was not for the online instructions I could not tell it was asking me for the Time and date until I read it in black and white... I tried the CoCo 1&2 display commands to see if it would help on the coco3 boot up, but alas it does nothing for the resolution...

Is there a way to change the resolution during boot, in a configuration file, or manually so that I can see what I am doing in NitrOS9 while vieing it on a TV with normal video out?

I do not have an old fashioned VGA CRT monitor from the 80's so I am stuck with TV... I have tried the composit output to a video capture card and another big TV, but the screen does rollovers and looks like it is shaking slightly when it is viewed this way...
I think the NTSC format of capture cards and TV's has changed a bit over the years as the CoCo3's output does not match it very well...
