Actually, I wasn't joking, but was implicitly speculating that blacks probably
are more transient than other groups, and hence more likely to have a driver's
license address that mismatches their voter registration address.  Given
previous discriminatory actions by Florida voting officials (remember secretary
of state and chief voting administrator Katherine Harris, aka Jeb Bush's
campaign chairman?), such as purging black felons but not Hispanic ones from the
voter rolls, I hardly think my comment rates as paranoid conspiracy seeking.

But, I agree that dwelling on this topic too much doesn't belong on the CoCo
list.
