I have a couple of spare LS-120 drives that read/write 1.44M media.
They use the same atapi protocol as zip drives, and zip drives are (in
theory) supported by things like the cloud9 superide controller. In
theory, if zip drives work, then it shouldn't be that hard to make one
of these drives read/write a 1.44M floppy under coco control. Perhaps
even 720K too.

Meanwhile, I use them on my unix machines on the occasion that I need
1.44M floppy media, because they're much faster than regular floppy
drives.
