[Coco] homepage improvements

I wanted to mention to those who have submitted 200x60 banners to The 
CoCoNut Directory over the years that I am now moving your banner into 
top-right corner of the site root page for random appearance.

The front page will soon be able to load much quicker.  I am also 
consolodating all of the CoCo links/CoCoNut Directory listings into a new 
directory which is all text.  This is a static listing at this time but I 
am working on a self-submission page so you can add/remove your own 
listings and even submit a banner if you like.  Tracking of your clicks 
will be done and viewable by bar graph on a reports page as well.

A CoCo Spotlight box will display some of the CoCo gadgets and software 
that is of interest.  If you have a product you want to be shown on the 
front page of coco3.com, just e-mail me and include some photos!

I am also selling a nice $20 Xmas package which includes Portal-9, the CoCo 
Collection CD, and about 6 nice booklets including the CCASM reference 
guide, 6809/6309 reference guide, and Mary's CoCo Nutz! Newsletter all in 
color booklets.

We also hope to see some chats going on at the CoCo Cafe this holiday like 
last year.  It is always a lot of fun!
