To me, any conversion from anything Unix-like to 'doze is a step down. But
I'm spoiled -- I learned Unix before I learned MS-DOS because Xenix started
shipping to my RSCC in 1/83 (though I had a bit of a head start, one of my
customers was a beta test site) and we started selling the T2k with MS-DOS
eight months or so later.

I'd recommend attempting to implement the Access project before shutting down
the filePro setup. Moving the filePro app to a newer Linux system would
probably be cheaper, depending on the number of seats. There is a dynamite
support organization in the filePro developer mailing list.

Then again, I consider SQL a lousy language. I'm getting old and a bit set in
my ways.

Now she saw what that authority was capable of. Worse, she saw peace
taken to its extreme. And it was the most awful thing she'd ever seen.
