The MC68120/121 is an intelligent peripheral controller. The 
difference between the 120 and the 121 is that the 121 is romless. 
The CPU core is a MC6801 core with added ports and other 
goodies. 

The 68121 has to be ran in expanded mode. That is the CPU 
program is external to the controller. It is a nice device that can be 
used as a I/O coprocessor to the MC6809 MPUs.

I have the data for it from the 1983 Data book. It is about 43 pages. 

I can scan it and put it in pdf form. It will most likely be next week 
when I get to it though.
