Making the edits as they were would have been difficult. I'm speaking
in the past tense since the the monitor I won on Ebay arrived in the
friday mail! The quality still isn't great but it's legible.

I do agree that nitros should have the ability to be switched into a
"failafe" mode that would work on all displays. It should be something
that could be typed "blind" in case something goes wrong.
