[Coco] replacing main rom

I've been reading through the super extended color basic manual to
figure out what needs to be set up on the coco at startup.

My idea is to create a Free software replacment ROM based on Forth
instead of BASIC.

Has anyone created a stand-alone ROM image that replaces the main coco 3 ROM?

I can create a new one myself, but if someone has already done this
work and is willing to license it freely, I'd rather start from that.
