I prefer Mandrake, I looked at Debian on the PC side and it wasn't as
polished as Redhat or Mandrake. I have been using Mandrake on since 7.0
and now running Mandrake 9.2 (Downloaded 10.1, but haven't upgraded
yet) Mandrake 10.2 is in beta and 10.2 PPC is also in beta. According
to the docs and if I am reading it right, to use 10.2 on an "old world
machine" without MacOS, you need to have 1 HFS or HFS+ partition and
copy a few files to it. I'm not ready or able to destroy my OS to try
it. You see I have the disks for 10.3, but I do not have any 9.0
bootable CDs. And I need 9 to upgrade to 10 since I need to use
XPostfacto running to install 10. And I do not have a spare scsi drive
just hanging around. Also it seems to be alot of work.

I know there are alot of you Coconuts out there that would think this
is fun, I know I would....until my wife says "What are you doing???
There is a ton or 'Real' important things that need to be done first"
