[Coco] Can an OS-9 disk get fragmented?

Hello all,

I finally got a set of manuals for OS-9, so hopefully I can finally start
playing with the hard drive I have with Nitros-9 on it.

Reading through the level 2 docs, it seems the disk could get fragmented.
Is this possible?

I doubt with the file sizes available on the Coco that any fragmentation
would cause any sort of a perf hit, but I'm curious if anyone has noticed
(or cared) about this.
