[Coco] Disk controller summary?

Thanks for the insight.  If the PLL could be replicated, 
then couldn't a PIC be used?  Even though I am a Motorola 
fanatic, I would use a PIC since there are better/cheaper 
developement tools out there.

If the Apple II, Atari, and Commodore groups can still 
produce stuff, we sure as Dell can.
