[Coco] Saving individual .dsk image files

I FINALLY got Jeff Vavasour's CoCo2 emulator (v1.6) working, but I'm still
not sure how to use it.  I want to take a .dsk image file and save each of
the basic or binary files to the hard disk on the laptop I'm running the
emulator on.

I'm sure it's simple, but I just can't grasp it.  I've tried "moving a coco
file" to the PC drive, but that doesn't work-maybe the emulator is not
working properly on this laptop and Win2K.

Anyway, words of help would be greatly appreciated.
