Hi,

	Can anyone tell me why an 8600/300 locks up solid during boot if you 
hang an Exabyte 8700 (8mm SCSI tape drive) on the external bus? It is 
the rom that is hanging (gray screen with frozen sprite), not MacOS 8.1. 
The tape drive works on Linux PCs and a disk works on the external bus.

	Extra credit:  Anyone know why the linux driver for the external bus is 
... so primitive. It can't handle the tape drive either?

	Anyone know where to find a programming manual for a 53c94?
