[Coco] outputting .dmk disk images to real floppies - using just dos

Hi all,

anyone got any clues how I can go about outputting some .dmk disk images 
to real 5 1/4 inch drives, only using dos (or at best, win95?)

I'm trying to get "The 7th Link" running on my real coco 3, but I cant 
even write the files out to disk :/

I read that DM Keil's emulator can read/write direct to real coco disks, 
but I've got no idea how to use this feature (and cant find any mention 
of it in the docs)

Can anyone help?
