Sorry for this off topic post, but here goes.

My Mother's house was gutted by a massive fire. This was a 200+year
old, ballooned frame structure. She got out and unharmed. She had
lived there since 1953. I can not fathom how much she lost. I can
not praise the all the towns that sent mutual aid, the Allenstown
Police, neighbors and friends enough! I have been in the house many
times. She was into the Arts & crafts as much as I have been with the
CoCo. I had no idea how much is salvageable! I have arranged for a
storage box from PODS to store the stuff on site.

Now the good stuff. The insurance has been great with us. The
original foundation is made of LARGE Granite chunks and it always
leaked. That is going away, replaced with a modern concrete and
drainages. Nice ranch that is ADA complient, with one of the new
safety tub, this is a walk in unit. Since she is close to 80 she
needs to be set if/when she is in wheelchair.

Tony, the check and the form will go out in this Moday's mail. Yes we
are still planning on making the Fest.

Billg, your items should go out Monday also.

Dave P.
