[Coco] Open source Beer

Oops... funny but the problem is recipes aren't protected by copyright.

(but don't be misled... recipe books are protected by copyright, but the
mere facts which make up the recipe, and the steps are not).

So the creative commons share-alike deriviative work allowed license
doesn't really do much for you.

Patent and trade secret must be used for that. You can't really have an
open source trade secret. Theoretically you could license a patent that
way though. But I don't think that would work because a) patents are
expensive and time consuming to acquire and b) the "viral" type of
license they are using doesn't make much sense in the context of a beer.
