Well he did say that the person cashed his money order, which precludes 
the use and help of PayPal.

Essentially you may be screwed. You can provide the emails and a copy of 
the cashed money order receipt to ebay, as well as with the postmaster 
of your local post office, and maybe something can come of it.

Of course you can contact the seller and ask where the stuff is... have 
you done that? Can the seller provide some sort of proof of shipment?
