[Coco] AS09 for Portal-9

I wanted to mention that I have added support for the AS09 cross assembler 
to Portal-9, but the version of AS09 that I have will not run for some 
reason from the IDE.  It runs from a console prompt in Windows, but when 
called as a process with the STDOUT redirected to the IDE's readout window, 
nothing happens but a lockup.  This is rather odd.

Can someone tell me if there's more than one major version of AS09 in 
use?  We need a Win32/console prompt version that uses standard I/O like 
other command-line utilities and assemblers.

Anyway, Portal-9 is currently set up to use 'as09.exe' wherever it might 
reside on your HD, so if anyone is successful in getting any version to run 
from the IDE like CCASM and CASM works, let me know.  Everything is set up 
in the IDE and all you need to do is locate a compatible version of AS09.

I added support because of an increase in Vectrex customers.  AS09 seems to 
be popular with that group.
