Dear Michael. 

Your emails regarding Hot CoCo have been forwarded to me.   

Unfortunately, we can not give you permission to scan the magazines and make
them available to the public.  We had agreements with authors for the
articles written and since the magazines have not been active for so many
years, the agreements are not available to us and therefore we do not know
if they were one time use agreements, whether it included only print etc.
