I have just those jpg files (although I know who has the original).

And: Is it just reading and regognizing the characters and make e.g. a 
unicode document from it (OCR) or is it auto-translation to English? I 
doubt a program can translate CPU related stuff. This is cryptic enough 
for a human being... :-)
