Is the source, so you'll have to figure out how to compile it under
windows. Since I don't use Windows, I can't be of much help in that
regard.

But once you do get it running, the commands to accomplish want you need
is this:

C:\ os9 format newdisk.dsk
C:\ os9 mkdir newdisk.dsk,SOURCEDIR
C:\ os9 copy c:\source.p newdisk.dsk,SOURCEDIR/source.p
