[Coco] Expert C programmer wanted

I'm not sure.  I'd say we should start with the CoCo C compiler that 
came out in the 90s, which targeted RS-DOS, if anyone can find it and 
get access/permission to the source code.

Would having source to Microware's C compiler help?  Maybe we could get 
that and just update it.
